Monday (10/26)

2. Periods 4 and 6: Raven Parody is due tomorrow (10/27)

Periods 3 and 5Raven Parody is due Wednesday (10/28)

See post Wednesday (10/21) for explicit directions.

Here’s an example written by a former student;

Once upon a class so dreary, while  I pondered weak and weary

I slipped out my phone and slid to  a Snapchat

While I ‘listened,’ I just drifted, sifting through millions of tweets,

a teacher’s footsteps padded over to me, shoot, I thought I was safe here in the back,

“It was only my Mom,” I lied.  “Asking if I had brought my lunch pack – – –

Really, nothing more than that.”

Yes, I know line one changed midnight to class; and snapchat, back, pack, and that are near rhymes~!

It’s called poetic license.
